Who would have thought that a drug arrest could come from a cell phone text.  Can the charges really stick?  Yes, the cell phone text message is evidence used to set up a drug bust.  Texting, something we all probably have been quilty but not to that extent. 

Taurus McKee Baker was arrested on August 15,2010 after he texted one of his clients to sell him some pills. What he didn't know was that the person who he thought he was texting had been arested and the police had his phone. The Police played along and  responded to Baker text, and during the text messaging  converations Baker agreed to sell the police who he thought was a client 10 bars of Alprazolam for $40. Police set up a meeting with Baker and arrested him without incident. When police did a search they found him in possession of 10 Alprazolam pills. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance to distribute, criminal attempt to sell a controlled substance and use of communication facilities in commission of a felony. he was taken to rockdale county jail.

People do not realize how technology can get them caught up at any moment. If people would obey the laws and do what is right they would never have to go threw something of this nature.
